Ashley & Martin, a leader in medical hair solutions with over 60 years of experience, is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to inspire our regional team of consultants. We're seeking someone with a background in managing large, established teams—particularly from industries like fitness, wellness, or other B2C environments—where you've successfully fostered connection and driven results.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a clear path to success. We've built an excellent foundation for you to build upon, and you’ll have the autonomy to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect and Lead: You'll oversee a large team of over 20 sales consultants across many regions. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
  • A Clear Path to Leadership: We believe in hands-on leadership. You'll begin with a split role: spending approximately 30% of your time in direct, client-facing consultations to gain a deep understanding of our services and our client's journey. The remaining 70% will be dedicated to leadership responsibilities. After 6-12 months, you will transition to a full-time, non-selling leadership position, focusing entirely on team development and strategic oversight.
  • Strategic Growth: You'll take full ownership of team performance and strategy. Using your analytical skills, you’ll identify new opportunities for growth and implement ethical strategies to drive revenue and ensure exceptional client care.

Compensation & Benefits

This pivotal role offers a competitive salary package of $125,000 to $150,000, which includes base salary, commissions, and performance incentives. You will also receive superannuation, phone and parking reimbursement, and access to valuable wellness initiatives, including an on-site gym.

Your Work Environment:

This role is primarily based at our Southbank, VIC clinic, Monday to Friday. This is an on-site role, with no opportunity for work-from-home arrangements.
