We are looking for a customer service focused individual who is willing to learn new skills, to join our team in our Sydney Clinic.

Job Description

Permanent Part-Time Opportunity available, working an average of 24 hours per week: This on-site opportunity is primarily located in our Everleigh clinic, Sydney.

The successful candidate will have full availability to work the roster below: 

11:00am - 7:00pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

08:30am - 2:00pm Every 2nd Saturday 

 

👩‍💼 Receptionist & Administrator: Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional person to welcome our clients at our Everleigh clinic as the Receptionist / Administrator.

🌟 Exceptional Customer and Patient Experience

  • Front-of-House Management: Make a first impression every time as you welcome all patients and visitors.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact, in person or telephonically, as you assist visitors and patients in their preferred communication.
  • Query Resolution: Proactively address patient inquiries, while you provide accurate information ensuring they return for more positive experiences.

🗓️ Operational and Administrative Excellence

  • Appointment & Clinic Flow: Expertly manage the appointment scheduling system, coordinating patient bookings, and optimising the clinic's daily workflow.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain confidential patient records within the Ashley & Martins systems, ensuring accuracy for all documentation, including prescriptions, treatment plans, and personal information.
  • Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to all internal financial, administrative, and privacy procedures.

💰 Financial and Transaction Processing

  • Payment Handling: Accurately process patient payments, including card, cash, and other forms of transactions.
  • Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile and report daily financial transactions, including all cash received. 

🏥 Clinic Support and Maintenance

  • General Office Duties: Manage essential office tasks ensuring the office area looks professional at all times.
  • Stock Management: Assist with monitoring and managing clinic stock levels.
  • Presentation & Housekeeping: Ensure the reception and common areas are always kept tidy, organised, and professionally presented, contributing to a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
