Job Description
Responsibilities:
Managing and scheduling appointments for all new customers.
Interact with customers over the phone and coordinate appointments to ensure maximum attendance rate.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers while ensuring their needs are met.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system Zenoti.
Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer enquiries and maximise bookings.
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist customers.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using call centre software and CRM systems is a plus.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience booking appointments within a call centre role preferred.
