Who are we:
You may have heard of us – Ashley and Martin (that’s right, the hair people). We have been around for more than 60 years supporting our customers on their hair regrowth journey and we are pretty excellent at what we do! We pride ourselves on the excellent customer service we provide and the results our products achieve. We have a talented group of individuals we get to call our team and with clinics across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore, our internal support network reaches far and wide.
A Different Kind of Sales Role
This isn’t cold calling, territory sales or constant lead generation.
You’ll work from our Dandenong clinic during set hours, managing relationships with an established patient base. Our patients have already chosen Ashley & Martin, and your role is to support their progress and help them make informed decisions about continuing their treatment.
It is a relationship-led role combining patient care, clinic administration and commercial accountability. Success comes from building trust, understanding each patient’s needs and following through consistently—not high-pressure selling.
About the Role
This is a full-time, clinic-based role working 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Saturday.
You’ll manage relationships across the clinic’s existing patient base—conducting progress check-ups, coordinating ongoing care and guiding conversations about subsequent treatment programs.
You’ll be accountable for patient engagement, follow-up, retention and re-enrolment outcomes. As you build your capability, there is an opportunity to progress into broader patient consultation and clinic sales responsibilities.
