Job Description

We are looking for a customer service professional who is willing to learn new skills, to join our Melbourne team. Whether you’re looking for a change or looking to re-enter the workforce, we have full on-the-job training and great online resources ready to prepare you for your role with us, just bring your smile, positive attitude and prior customer service experience with you. 

 

This is a Permanent role with the option of a Part Time or Full Time Position!

Primarily based in our Southbank clinic, the successful candidate will be available to work a minimum of 69 hours per fortnight for a part time role or 76 hours per fortnight for a full time role, on a roster basis, see below.

The ability to attend shifts in our other Victorian locations would also be beneficial.

Required availability:

  • Monday 9am - 5pm
  • Tuesday 9.30am - 7pm 
  • Wednesday 9.30am - 7pm 
  • Thursday 9.30am – 7pm
  • Friday 9am - 5pm (Ad hoc basis)
  • Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30pm (minimum once per fortnight)
