Desired Skills and Experience

Your Role in Our Growth:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Sales Consultants & Customer Service Specialists across multiple locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.  
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations, and develop personalised treatment plans.  
  • Collaborate with the Senior Executive Team to optimise sales processes and strategies.  
  • Take ownership of sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective strategies to drive revenue.  
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.  

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or management, ideally in a healthcare or related field.  
  • Exceptional team leadership and coaching skills, including experience managing remote teams.  
  • A strong understanding of consultative selling principles and practices.  
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  

Your Work Environment:

  • This role is based in Southbank, VIC, with regular travel to our Dandenong clinic.
  • You'll also need to be available for occasional coverage at our Gladstone Park clinic and potential expansion to the Geelong area.  
  • There will be regular opportunities to travel to our clinics in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
