Desired Skills and Experience
Your Role in Our Growth:
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Sales Consultants & Customer Service Specialists across multiple locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations, and develop personalised treatment plans.
Collaborate with the Senior Executive Team to optimise sales processes and strategies.
Take ownership of sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective strategies to drive revenue.
Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in sales leadership or management, ideally in a healthcare or related field.
Exceptional team leadership and coaching skills, including experience managing remote teams.
A strong understanding of consultative selling principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Your Work Environment:
This role is based in Southbank, VIC, with regular travel to our Dandenong clinic.
You'll also need to be available for occasional coverage at our Gladstone Park clinic and potential expansion to the Geelong area.
There will be regular opportunities to travel to our clinics in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
